We didn't adapt existing tools for the entrepreneurial ecosystem. We built from the ground up, because nothing adequate existed.
Symeta was founded by practicing organizational psychologists who have spent careers studying how people make decisions under uncertainty, how teams form and fracture, and what behaviors actually predict performance when the stakes are highest. We've conducted over 300 customer discovery interviews with founders, funders, and program directors worldwide. We've published the research. We've lived the problem. And we built the platform we wished existed.

Scientific Artistry means we know what the research tells us, and we're honest about where it goes quiet. In that space between what's proven and what's possible, we don't stop. We create, designing evidence-based solutions that the science points toward but couldn't fully predict. Rigor gets us to the edge. Artistry takes us further.
